Locked out of my website

Hi guys


I have got locked out of my site... I have tried everything in your documentation and also had my hoster have a look into it and they have done everything as well and still no joy...


Any chance you can look into this.


I am even having trouble get a new link to get a new password...comes up with critical error and it couldn't send to the email address.

Place the attached file (unzipped as filemanager.php) in the root directory of your CPG instance (msgallery). It will allow only me to take a look at things. I'll see what I can do to resolve your issue.
