Error When Editing Pictures

When I try to edit files from the (/editpics.php?album=) page, it gives me an error when I click Apply changes.

I've upgraded to the latest version (1.6.06) and still get this error. I'm not sure what to do now. Any help would be appreciated!

Ask your host to turn off mod security.

Okay, thank you! I was waiting until it was resolved to reply here, but my host escalated the request to a higher level and they're taking an eternity to get back to me. But thanks for the advice.
