I have just finished upgrade for the new version. EVeyrthing seems fine... but I enable URI uploads in Group Settings and I find no option to upload files through URLS. I am highly disapointed of this... that was the only reason I upgraded to 1.3....

How do I activate it, or make it available/!?!

Please post a screenshot of your group settings and the upload screen. A test user account (non-admin) with upload permissions and a link to your page might be helpfull as well.

now I try to make a new user and I get this (from debug mode)
