I just updated from 1.2.1 to 1.3.0 and the options for downloading zip-files and the optrion for choseing language (allow user to change language option) are totaly dissapered (from the config options). How do I do to activet this options??
please help.

you're talking about features that didn't come with cpg1.2.1, but that were introduced by you as mods. When upgrading to cpg1.3.0, you will loose all your mods.
Language selection is a feature in cpg1.3.0 although, take a look at the config again.

but I did't have dose features in cpg1.2.1....
like I'm running 1.3.0 but the config page are from the 1.2.1 version.

If the config page says it is version 1.2.1, then you have not replaced all the files when you updated.

I suggest you re-apply the upgrade.  Download it again, and replace ALL the files on your server, except the albums folderand the include/config.inc.php, then run update.php again.

It says 1.3.0 but all the features are from 1.2.1
