Hi!

I've used Coppermine Photo Gallery 1.2.1 since oh.. february or something and it's worked great. I've used the batch add pictures without a problem, and often as well.

Now - I haven't updated since may or so and suddenly when i do - the batch add pictures doesn't show any folders. ?!

I haven't changed anything except added my friend as second webmaster. She asked me why no folders showed up. I checked and saw that it didn't show for me either. Can't see that as any reason for it not to work though...

It's never been a problem before and the 200+ images uploaded via FTP were added to a folder already existing and were used earlier to batch upload.

but since it worked for me earlier and I didn't change anything in the Config or anywhere else it didn't help. I CHMOD'ed folders to see if it changed anything though but nothing still showed up.

Any ideas?

First, are you sure you are ftp uploading into folders placed inside the albums folder, but not in the userpics folder?

You are advised to upgrade to 1.3.0

tcor is the folder I'm updating in at the moment. But NONE of these folders show up for me when I click batch add.

And upgrade - I have to check up on that becuase w 2106 pictures in 50 albums and 8 categories with 641 comments viewed 341842 times.. it'd be devastating to have anything messed up. Wanna be sure I can do it before I mess with it

Upgrading is easy.  The hardest bit is adding any mods you have, if they are not in 1.3.  You would also have to update your theme, there are instructions for that.

OK, I've had a look, and can see no reason for this in your setup.

It's possible the searchnew.php has become corrupted on your server.  Try replacing it with a new copy.

Back again - tried it. Still the same.. even after refreshing a few times.

What do I do?!

CHMOD'ed everything again and finally it's working again. Problem is that I can't for my life figure out why it stopped workings ince i haven't touched that part of my server since last time..
