[Solved]: can't change theme

ok, i'm running v1.3, and i think i accidently left a 1.2 theme in the them dir. so when in config, i checked the 'show theme list' box, saved, and went out and chose a new theme, only, i chose the 1.2 theme. now i'm stuck in a 1.2 theme, which does not include the theme list box. i tried goin back into config and setting it back to one of the 1.3 themes.. but nothing. is there anything i can do?
