How to backup and move databases (all albums/photos)?

Hi all, I am new here so please let me know if I am asking this in the wrong forum or something :)

I have Coppermine 1.2.1 installed on my website and was wondering how to move all albums/photos? I am switching hosts, thus I need to move them all. Can anyone explain or point me to an URL that explains it? :)
