Can't Upload

When I try to upload an image I get this error:

"No file was uploaded !

If you have really selected a file to upload, check that the server allows file uploads... "

I've read over the general upload stuff and you mention changing some settings (maximum upload time?) but where do I go about doing this?

you can only do so if the server is actually yours to administer. If you're webhosted, you simply can't change this. Try uploading small, known-good pics for a start to make sure there are no other issues keeping you from uploading.

I have the same problem! Yesterday it was working normal, but today it isnt working! What should I do???????? Pleasee.. Anyone can help me?

@Toxic_boy_br : did you try what I was suggesting to birdmad? What are the results? Nobody will help if you just post childish gibberish and don't post additional information. We don't do individual support (neither over MSN messenger, PM nor email or whatever).
