Group permissions not visible with phpBB

I have integrated Coppermine with phpBB. Both newest versions.
Normally (I think) when you click on properties of an album, somewhere down the screen you can choose if that album is public or only visible to a certain group.
But now it's gone, that option, annd I really need it!

Does someone know about this?

set "Users can have private albums" to "Yes" in coppermine config.
