Undefined Index Message
« on: June 16, 2004, 10:27:09 pm »

Hi there

I have upgraded from 1.3.0 beta (which worked nicley ....) to the final version and getting the following message:

Notice: Undefined index: user_group_list in /mypage/html/coppermine_dir/include/init.inc.php on line 273

I have tried to update a second time but no luck. Also, I cannot add any new users!

Start from scratch again, is there any help?

Verify that your SQL account has ALTER permissions.  If it doesn't, get them or carry out the  failed  queries in sql/update.sql by hand.

@Hyperion and other devs: Should we add a checking routine into update.php to verify if the updates/changes have really had the desired effect (at least in future versions), to make sure those user who don't have ALTER permission are at least notfied their webhost sucks ;)?
