"You can't access this file directly..." *Error*
« on: October 18, 2003, 06:57:53 pm »

Anyone else get this error when trying to goto the next page of pictures in the photo album?  On each page of an album I allow 75 thumbnails - but for albums with over 75 pics, going to the next page yeilds the error "You can't access this file directly..."

I'm running CPG on phpnuke 6.5.   Thanks for any tips and/or recommendations.  If it helps, the link to the photo album is below (scroll to the bottom of hte album and click on page '2').

Looks like the link is the URL from the standalone version http://www.vivrant.com/thumbnails.php?album=22&page=2
when it should be http://www.vivrant.com/modules.php?name=coppermine&file=thumbnails&album=22&page=2
Have you done any modifications?
I also noticed you are missing the php-nuke copyright notice :!:

Hey - honestly - I don't recall doing any major modifications that would have prompted this - but I also had someone assisting me with the install and configuration.  Sorry about the missing php-nuke copyright notice - I did not even know it was missing! If you could help me with both fixing the issue with the page #'s and also how to get the copyright back in there - it would be much appreciated.

What version of nuke are you running? The file you need to look at in nuke for the copyright is the footer.php in the main nuke directory.
For the page numbering problem
Do a search and replace in your themes folder
Replace:
Code: [Select]
thumbnails.php?
With:
Code: [Select]
modules.php?name=coppermine&file=thumbnails&

What theme are you using?

I tried this fix but it crapped my CPG album out... I get the following error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: pageheader() in /home/vivrant/www/content/modules/coppermine/thumbnails.php on line 138

I'm using the Hardwired theme for phpnuke.  I did a search for 'thumbnails.php?' in the thumbnails.php file under /www/content/modules/coppermine/themes/hardwired/theme.php

My server is running phpnuke 6.5 I believe.  Is this a hopeless cause?

PS - what should I add to the footer.php file to get the copyright properly listed?

You have hardwired theme for standalone not nuke.
they are not interchangable.
Switch back to another theme (if you can't get to coppermine's config the PHPMyAdmin command is in the template error topic)
and download the correct theme...
