A couple of people were having trouble with porting this theme or they wanted it ported, so I spent the time to do it. It probably isn't perfect, feel free to edit or update it.

I changed it a little from the 1.4.x version. It has a larger width, the new menu style and a couple of other things to give it a cpg1.5.x feel.

I use firefox and there a problem in the design of a log in form.
