Error I cant understand

Hi I put in a fresh install and when I try to upload I get the following message-


Sorry there is no album where you are allowed to upload files

File: /home/namahatt/public_html/coppermine/upload.php - Line: 825

Well, then create an album and try again. Read the documentation that comes with coppermine for a start...
