Cannon Create New Albums? ???

I recently installed Copermine http://brettevan.com/cpg/ on my server.  When trying to create a new album it goes through the process as if its working but doesnt register on my gallery?  Please help! ???

In albums manager, make sure to hit "Apply modifications" after creating albums with "new". For details, post a test user account (non-admin privileges) who's allowed to have private galleries.
