User can not upload to desired gallery

who has no restrictions as a user and is within group with no restrictions can not upload any images to

Album: 2010 Guest Images
where the album is set to allow guest uploads.
When logged in as admin this is not a problem to upload images to this album.
Also, this user can post to the 2009 Guest Images album.

What is strange is that if an image is uploaded by SeaWolfGuest the 2010 option is available. The upload completes.  Hit "Continue" button.  Then the page where you enter title and description comes up (edit files) but the only choices now for album are for the 2009 - not 2010.  If the page changes are accepted (Apply Changes) then the photos are loaded into the 2009 album - BUT if the page is bypassed - eg, if I click the "Home" button instead, then the images load into the 2010 gallery (which was selected during upload).  So you see, the choice / ability to select the 2010 gallery is initially present, but then lost when the upload (flash) completes and the edit page comes up.

I have set the gallery into debug mode.

Thank you for any thoughts on this subject.
I am trying to promote the usefulness of this gallery for the client.

This seems to be a bug in editpics.php that I cannot reproduce in my testbed. Can you send me your phpMyAdmin login data? If so, I'll send you my contact details via PM.
