guest comments and rating problem

Hi.
I've set in configuration that guests are allowed to rate and comment my albums, but I still cannot see icons for that when going through my pictures.
Rating and comments don't show neither for guest nor when I'm logged in.
Every possible setting I've found is on.

* Have you set permissions in group manager?
* Have you set permissions for each album?
* Have you read your document package?

1) Yes
2) when I check "guest can comment and rate pictires boxes" in album setting and save the settings it always disappear when I open it again in future
3) what do you mean by that?

2) Clear your cache, use a different browser, don't leave "remember forms", etc turned on
