No drop down box appears for batch upload.

When i goto the batch upload tool bar link, it tells me to select a directory.....but there is no directories listed.  Any help would be great.

To use the batch add, you first have to upload the pics, by ftp, into folders you create within the 'albums' folder, but not in the 'userpics' folder.  Make sure to chmod the folders to the same as the albums folder.

It is recommended you mirror the category/albums structure you want for the gallery, for ease of use by you.

make sure to have created at least one album the uploaded pics could go to.
