Another Error in admin.php ?

I think this is essentially an installation issue, since something must not have been installed right? I am installed and can view the gallery (http://www.builderbobs.com/gallery/outdoors) and can log in as admin. When I click on "Config" to edit my settings, I get the following error:

I searched the forum but didn't see any results to help with this one either. Thanks again for any help you can offer.

The error message says, that the required file 'include/admin.inc.php' cannot be found. Please upload that file and verify, that you have uploaded all Coppermine files.

http://www.builderbobs.com/gallery/outdoors/include/admin.inc.php is there, but your include path looks strange. Configure it properly if the server is yours to configure.

Sorry for the delay in replying earlier, I got caught up playing with it and adjusting some things. For some strange reason admin.inc.php didn't upload the first time...i uploaded it and everything so far is working great! I have installed a second gallery, and the config works just fine thankfully. During both installations I got the text below at the very beginning,

but it allowed me to continue the installation so I did. I hope I don't end up with some problems later, but it said "potential issues" so I figured I'd give it a go anyway! Thanks again for your help with everything.
