Install gallery on WampServer

Hi.
I try to install gallery on my pc, using WampServer. But when i open install.php window in thу top of tne page is error message
Deprecated: Function set_magic_quotes_runtime() is deprecated in C:\wamp\www\gallery\install.php on line 545

what is wrong and how can i fix this?

Self-hosting is not recommended nor supported. Configure your server properly and the error message will go away.
