I have some catagory that I can add thumbnail - Tammy & David's Albums
but, in other catagory, like ASIA 亞洲, no button that I can add the thumbnail,

Sending us a link to an admin-only page is not a bright idea - we can't access that page.
The category http://www.photoyellall.com/index.php?cat=12 doesn't contain anything, so you can't choose a thumbnail for it.
From the docs -> 4.5 The categories control panel:

You can only assign a picture to the category only if you have an album with images nested directly within it.

Please read the docs before asking questions in the future.

I don't know how to explain so I attached 2 pic to show, they are on the same level, one have the thumbnail option. the other haven't, why is that?
