IE7 displays reduced thumbnails

In IE7 only, my album thumbnail images display as 12x8px on the main (home) page & gets further reduced in the slideshow pages. The album page displays them fine. Firefox and IE6 displays all the thumbnails fine.  www.yateslibrary.org/gallery. Your support is greatly appreciated!
