Video Tumbnail Question

just a simple question, i've searched through the php and the database and cant find this.
i want to resize the default thumbnails that are displayed for video files, i have resized the graphics themselves, but when i load the album they are resized to 100x100 again. i would like them to be 50x50.
could someone shed some light on this??
