Cannot login after installing the captcha
« on: September 30, 2009, 03:12:45 pm »

After installing the captcha that I believe I have completed all the instructed procedures with the last step copying the captcha.php into the root directory.  However, I'm now not able to login at all.  The login page has a confirm new field and it supposingly shows a graphic letters box.  This graphic letters box does not get shown and I have no way to find out what it is and therefore have no way to get back in.   What could be wrong or at least I could find a way to un-install it if nothing works.

Many thanks in advance for your help.

And what flavor are you using: plugin or mod? Post reference to the page you got your instructions from.

Please post a clickable link in the future by just copying the content of your browser's address bar (something like http://studio.fusionliquid.com/).

Obviously not: http://studio.fusionliquid.com/captcha.php returns
Quote
Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: phpcaptcha in /home/dobie/studio.fusionliquid.com/html/captcha.php on line 27
, so it look slike you have made a mistake.

Your question is not related to initial install, so you shouldn't have posted it on the install board. A moderator will move the thread once you have specified wether you're using the mod or the plugin.
