Google has published the list of accepted students and their projects for
Summer of Code 2007. Coppermine received the opportunity to work with four students on projects that we believe will be beneficial to our users:
http://code.google.com/soc/coppermine/about.htmlThe Coppermine Dev team is looking forward to what we can all accomplish this summer.
Overall statsThere were 35 eligible applications. One of the students is already involved in Coppermine forums. Not all students have experience in working with an open source project. In addition to selecting students for the potential that they have, we sought students who showed enthusiasm for Coppermine and the projects that they would be working on.
Please help me extend a warm welcome and cheery congratulations to our students!
