transfer my gallery to another domain

Hey there,
So I'm trying to transfer my gallery from a different domain (http://7crgallery7.co.cc/Gallery/index.php) and a different webhost (profusehost) to another domain (www.7cr9.com) and another host (000webshot.com). I've done this one time but I messed up.
Waht do I need to do to trnafer my gallery? Is it just downloading it through ftp client from the old domain and upload it to the new one?  Isn't necessary phpmyadmin?

Sorry but I can't remeber how I did it last time.
Hope you can help as fast as possible.
