Help with "Error executing ImageMagick" - willing to pay
« on: July 12, 2009, 11:10:37 am »

I'm looking for help.

I managed to get my theme sorted, created albums and even uploaded the pictures.
My problem is when I tried to add the picture batch to a album. I add the pictures and when shows the result page, I can see the list of the pictures in one side but the images are crosses. When I click on the cross to see what's the problem I get the message

Quote
Error executing ImageMagick - Return value: 127

I contact my host and I do have ImageMagick installed.

If anyone knows how to fix this please e-mail me
shinya-chan@hotmail.com

I'm willing to pay $15.

The error message means that the path you have specified for ImageMagick is wrong or that the executable is not accessible or lacks permissions. A supporter can hardly help you with that. I'm not sure why you want to pay for something like that - such issues are solved every day in free support. Anyway, even if you want paid support, you should do exactly as suggested in the docs, section "asking for support on upload issues".
