i have a coppermine standalone and i want the member database of my invision board to be integrated with my coppermine. for example i have a user who signed up in my board when he/she goes to my coppermine he/she has already signed up or no need for him to sign up at coppermine.

You can use the bridge file that comes with coppermine to do that.  Coppermine then uses the user management of the bb.
It does mean any users who are not members of the bb will have to sign up there.
