I got my theme working on 1.3, which I was having trouble with before, so thats great, but now I have a new problem. I setup phpBB and integrated it with coppermine, and everything is fine and dandy there, but now when I click the upload button in coppermine, it gives me the error "Invalid action for form creation." I'm not sure how to fix this. Any help?

Sorry, no help yet.  1.3 is still unsupported, as it's still in beta testing.
But you should be able to sort this if you do a search of the 1.3 testing/bugs board.
