problems migrating from 1.4.18 to 1.4.21

Hi ! I am from Germany. Hope you understand my english!

I have 3 coppermine installations. Two i migrated from 1.4.18 to 1.4.21 and everything seems ok , the third i installed fresh from download.
Now I do not see the filenames in the fileupload. (It works, but blind). Also I do not see the captchapicture from captcha 3.0 and had to rename the plugin to enter my galery again.

Do I have to start from beginning, installing 1.4.18 and upgrade to 1.4.12 ?

Beg your pardon again, Sir! I made an user for you to try it out - but trying out it works !?

today it works - hoops !

There was no other user than admin before !

but captcha does not wortk. Other task ....
