Uploading error

I'm logged in as admin and i have the default settings in place. I uploaded 1 picture about two hrs ago and logged out. I just went back in to upload more pics after resizing the. and when i select the upload button i rcv the following error. what am i doing wrong?

Sorry there is no album where you are allowed to upload files

Out of crystal balls. Do as suggested in the docs, section "asking for support on upload issues". Error message indicates that you should create at least one album.
