The pictures have always shown up, and I didn't do ANYTHING to it to make this happen I don't think. One day I just went in, and all the pictures are little "x" except you can still see the file name text in it's place, and if you click to see the full size image, it knows the size. This means the photos ARE all there right?

Anyone know what I can do to fix it? People are constantly emailing since they want to be able to see the pictures. =(

In other words: your site got hacked due to your reluctance to upgrade in time. You need to remove the payload as suggested in the thread Nibbler mentioned, then you need to sanitize your gallery as suggested in the "Yikes" thread.
