Download of word.doc not working

Hello,
when I klick the file [word.doc] to start the download cpg1.4.18 tries to download the file as word.doc.part and word.doc.
But nothing happens? The download does not start?

Since you require visitors to log in to see your content you should provide a temporary test user account as well. We're not going through registration to support you for free. Additionally, post a deep link to the page in question if the number of files in your gallery database is non-trivial.

The download file was corrupt.
