Problems with Creating Albums

When ever I try to make an Album and then try to access it. It gives me the error message "The selected album/picture does not exist !
"

When I try to upload images it says the album can't be found.

Im having the same issue - any time i try to upload a new photo since i moved to the new server i get the same message

The selected album/picture does not exist !

both cases: post a link and non-admin test user account with upload privileges.
