How to allow users to upload to albums?

Well I made some categories and some albums, but when I use my non admin account it states "There is no albums you are permitted to upload to". Can anyone help?

you must set albums permissions to allow users to upload in them and check the groups permissions too.

Admin is allowed to upload to all public albums no matter what. Posting a link to the gallery in question might help for a start. In fact, there is a section in the docs that is named "asking for support on upload issues". It's there for a particular reason. Read it and do as suggested.
