Only allowing me to view an album

I have a number of albums in a heading relating to different cities in Europe, but the last one I added has reverted under preferences to view "by me" only.  Every time I amend it to public as soon as I log out of admin it reverts to "by me"

Any Ideas please .... its an album with 93 pictures in it

Sigh .... but having said that they dont address my problem, which isnt to do with setting album to me only, its trying to stop it

You probably set an album password, maybe by mistake. Make sure the album password box is empty.
