Cannot find my site...webmaster gone

Same old story...webmaster left and did not leave anything so I am told we were utilizing coppermine for our site.  I have tried http://wfxg.com/gallery to no avail.  Page cannot be displayed.  I have tried IE7 as well as FF.  Is it possible the DB gets wiped after months of no usage or that we are behind so many Versions I just cannot get it.  I have the username and pswd after much snooping but La' sigh that is all I have.  Any help?   :-*
