Tell me please, why after install, I can view (login/logout/change) the gallery,
but other see only blank page?

And now changes in admin panel don't saving at all...(((

First you need to follow all the guidelines on asking for help.

A link to your site would be a good start. Without seeing what is going on there is no way we can test.

cpg1418? What is that supposed to mean? I assume you mean that is the version you are running. If it is I suggest you upgrade to the latest version.
