Users Upload to Public Ablums.

I can't seem to get "Registered" users to be able to upload photos to public albums in Categories.

Like User 1 can't upload to Cat. Human, album Face.
Admin has the same problem unless I FTP them to a folder in and assign an album then.

Please, create an album with upload permission.
