Forbidden...?

Well, something weird has been happening to my coppermine gallery on my domain (http://roucka-web.org/imagery/), everytime I try to batch upload a folder from my FTP, it dosen't show all of the image previews that I'm about to upload, image below...

then when I tried to upload those photos that only showed it gave me this page...

I don't know what happened, it seemed to work fine before then just started messing up like that. If anybody can help out, it is very appreciated!!
