Can I as admin upload pics to users gallery?

To your own user gallery: yes. To other user's user gallery: no, at least not with coppermine's user interface. You can move files around directly in the database though, using a third party tool like phpMyAdmin (not recommended though). Why do you need to upload into your user's albums in the first place?

There is 100 pics that one of my users want to upload to his album.
And I was thinking to help him with it.
