tumbnails still look horrible

Hi,
I checked if GD is running, and it is but stiil the tumbnails look very bad, the look like they have been damaged

debug says when showing tumbnails:

Try changing the jpg quality to 100% on the config page.

thanks for the reply, but it doesn't help, the colors also appear to be wrong , it is still looking bad , also after rebuilding.

edit: never mind it's fixed..config at GD1 must be GD2
