Help to add a custom Header with a rotating banner

I have installed various module on my website and and I want to integrate the same header with a rotating banner in all of them. I have installed the Coppermine Photo gallery: www.hatimonde.com/gallery and I want to integrate the custom header as it is integrated in my forum: www.haitimonde.com/forum . I know the codes php or html used by my former webmaster to integrate the header in the forum module. I need help to integrate the custom codes for this custom header in my coppermine gallery. I can give the codes used to help me find out how and where to put them to make that thing work in Coppermine.
