Bridging stopped working
« on: September 09, 2008, 02:52:41 pm »

I have the following issue when trying to bridge coppermine and SMF 1.1.6:

I had the Forum bridged to 2 Coppermine Installations running just fine for 2 years.
Yesterday evening, it stopped working and i don't know why.

i have absolutely no damn clue.

first install:

Coppermine install: http://chamaeleons-online.com/kalender/voting
Forum install: http://chamaeleons-online.com/forum/
Coppermine version: cpg1.4.19 (it still says 18???)
Forum version: SMF 1.1.6
Test user account: tester / tester123

BridgeManager settings:
Forum URL:  http://chamaeleons-online.com/forum
Relative path to your BBS's config file:  ../../forum/
Use post-based groups?:  1
Cookie name/preifx (if applicable)  name: cham_onl_calendar_voting   path: /

I disabled local cookies.

Where do i set the cookie domain?

What happened? Why isn't it working anymore?

Thanks for any advice.

Oh, damn, i cannot edit :(

Now, to specify the Problem a little more:

I have a login loop.

i log in in coppermine and get transfered to the main page of the forum.

i also have already set to use global cookies in SMF.
