I want users to upload to multiple albums plus their personal album

I want users to register and create their personal album for their images as normal. Then, be able to to upload (or link perhaps) some or all of these images into one or other existing public albums - there are ten of these.

Visitors are allowed to upload under album properties.
Users are allowed to upload files without approval in BOTH 'public albums' and 'personal gallery'

At present, registered users can only upload to their personal album.

Where am I going wrong?

Got it! Use solo keyword search on each album which can then be linked with the picture files concerned.
