when i log in with user mode(not admin mode)
i saw
Create / order my albums     Modify my albums     My profile     Sort my pictures
just like the picture above
but i dont want user to see this
is this the problem with setting or templates
and how to remove this stuff

If you don't want users to be able to have their own albums then disable that on the groups page.
