INSTALL PROBLEM

Hello !
i have installed CPG on my webserver, all OK  ... table on mysql ... config.inc ... but when I try to login CPG display this error :

" Coppermine Photo Gallery seems not to be installed correctly, or you are running coppermine for the first time. You'll be redirected to the installer. If your browser doesn't support redirect, click here "

 ???  ???  :-\

I have reinstalled many times but not work !
Help !!!

Check permissions on the 'include' folder, post a link to your gallery.

You are on a windows server, so 777 does not apply. Review how to set permissions on windows.

include/config.inc.php seems to be there, so make sure it is readable.
