no video thumbnails, help?

I just installed coppermine to upload videos, but everytime I upload a video, it could be AVI, MPG or anything, the thumbnail of the video isn't showing up. All I get is this:

The video does work but I would like a thumbnail.

You have to make them yourself. Read in the docs about custom thumbnails.
