You need to upload all the files in the Coppermine package to your webserver. include/init.inc.php is missing.

Hum, I have almost the same problem.
In the install.php, on the top of the page, Coppermine tell me :

"Warning: is_dir() [function.is-dir]: Unable to access ../../modules in /mnt/102/sdb/7/2/pinup.creation/coppermine/install.php on line 21"

And after installation (is it english "Installation"? I'm french...), a page tell me "Fatal Error"...

Any body can help me ?

In the future, start a thread of your own, as your issue is only "almost" the same - in fact it differs completely.
"Unable to access" means that the user the webserver runs under doesn't have the needed permissions on folder/file level to read/execute the file the erro messaeg complains about. Therefor, read the permissions section of the docs that come with coppermine to get an idea how permissions work and try to apply them. If you can't or don't understand what the docs say, do as suggested in the docs for that case: ask your webhost for support.
