trouble logging in?

My webdesigner redirected my photogallery, and now I can't access it for my password was always saved; moreover, when I enter my email address in the forgot password section it's not recognized. How can I retrieve my password otherwise or create another to access my account.

Thanks for everyone assistance my business relies on this.
