[Solved]: I can't seem to access my Admin rights

I can login all I want but I don't have Admin rights. Like, I see no "config" or uploading options, it's like I'm logging in as a regular user. I'm not sure if I included all the information you need to help me but I can certainly give you whatever you need.


Any ideas?

Assuming you are the administrator you can always try to reset the admin password through phpmyadmin. Do a search for "reset admin password phpmyadmin".

I have... :/

I've even started over and reinstalled. Am I logging in to the right place? I go to my gallery, click login, and enter everything. It's the same information I entered during installation...?

Yes. Should be the username 'adminlauren' and the pass you chose. Do you a link 'admin mode'?

Yup, that's my username and I have my password. But I do not have a link called "admin mode."

I have developed a similar problem.
Upon further investigation the following has been observed.  Works fine from a Vista PC.  Does not work with IE Explorer on 2 other PCs running XP with SP3 (used to work on those PCs).  Does work on those same 2 PCs using Mozilla Firefox.

Don't know what to check.  Am guessing that a MS Update has changed something in IE.  I compared all IE settings between the XP and Vista machines and they appear to be set up the same.  Virus protection is McAfee supplied by my provider to all 3 units.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I got the same problem: I am running the newest version of coppermine. When I log in (for security reasons I have more than one admin account) the login process runs, but I don't see the admin page, I am returned to the usual index page, that offers to log me in.
(Newest Coppermine version, Apache Webserver, Mac with Safari 3. I did not change any configuration details or use a different equipment)
Any ideas?

Verify that the groups table is populated using phpmyadmin.
